Our customer info lives across Looker, Vitally, HubSpot, and Zendesk, among other tools. This creates two problems:

  • Too much time: Because it's spread across so many sources, reps were hunting to find the context they needed to go into customer and sales conversations informed on the account's usage, history with Zapier, industry, and more.

  • No personalization: If reps didn't have time to track down all the info, they couldn't personalize the conversation.

Use AI to create a comprehensive account overview. Share it either to our CRM (the system that reps already spend their time in) or to Slack (to make it easy for the broader team to find).


This summary includes competitive info, industry challenges, customer usage, support info, and more. Plus, make it easy to find key internal links by adding them right to the deal or Slack message.

When A deal is created in HubSpot, a team member fills out a form, or a team member uses a /command in Slack.


Then

  1. Find key company info like usage (Looker), support tickets (Zendesk), and usage (Vitally). You could lookup info from any app, these are just the ones we use.

  2. Use OpenAI to find key company and industry info.

  3. Consolidate information in a note in HubSpot or share via Slack.


ℹ️ Note: This system will work no matter what apps your team uses as long as they integrate with Zapier or have a public API. Whether it be a different CRM, product tool, support tool, or something else. The world is your oyster!
