Add members to Community communities from new ActiveCampaign tags
You'll need to save the Community member ID in a custom attribute in ActiveCampaign, and manually create a sub-Community with the same name as the tag in ActiveCampaign. Once that's set up, whenever the tag is added to a new ActiveCampaign contact, they will be added to the sub-Community automatically.
