Remote work
We’ve been working remotely since 2012, so we know how to build a distributed work culture. We chat daily on non-work topics like #fun-cooking and #fun-music; post weekly to our company blog to show off pictures of pets, kids, and hobbies; and come together annually for an all-team retreat. Interesting problems to solve
Our product connects 7,000+ online tools so anyone can get more work done. But supporting and evolving our product is no easy task. Our "build the robot" value yields outsized results, and our emphasis on customer connections provides insights into our users’ experience.

Competitive pay
We use a business impact approach to base pay. So, we pay all Zapiens based on their demonstrated impact on Zapier’s success at their current role and level. We also reward collective and individual team contributions through bonuses, equity, and nomination-based cash awards.
