Trigger a Zap by saying "__Alexa__, ask __Zapier__ to __trigger a Zap__",
         then say your trigger phrase when asked.

You can provide multiple phrases, 3-6 words each,
         and saying any one of them will trigger your Zap.
         Keep each phrase simple so Alexa understands it easily.

After you've said your trigger phrase, Alexa will ask you to provide an answer to this additional prompt question.

This is the identifier of your account's graph. You can find it under your preferences. Open Reflect, then go to Preferences (click on your avatar), then go to your current graph (usually called My Brain), and copy the identifier.

The text you want append to the daily note.

Date of the daily note that you wish to append something to. In YYYY-MM-DD format.

Optional parent bullet name that should contain the appended text.

The type of edit you want. Currently only 'list-append' is supported.

The Graph ID this is all happening in (find under app preferences).

Either supply some HTML or Markdown for the note.

Whenever you say one of the trigger phrases to Amazon Alexa, Alexa will ask you what you want to save. Once you respond, it will be added to your daily note in Reflect automatically.
