When ebuero handles a call from one of your customers, prospects, or leads, you'll would want to create a record in Salesforce. This Zapier integration will do it for you automatically! Make sure you choose the right call reason to filter out callnotes which do not warrant a record creation in Salesforce. You can also decide which record to create in Salesforce based on the call reason. Please refer to your ebuero account for your configured call reasons.
