Don't see your Page listed? Select the Facebook Page connected to your lead form. If you cannot see your form, find the [Facebook Page ID](https://www.facebook.com/help/1503421039731588) and set it as a [custom value](https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496241696141-Add-custom-values-to-dropdown-menu-fields-in-Zaps).

Select the form associated with your Facebook Page. If you select “Default (Any Form)” you must grant [sufficient permissions](https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496040397965-What-permissions-do-I-need-to-use-Facebook-Lead-Ads-with-Zapier) to all forms associated with the Facebook Page.

When you update a form, Facebook assigns a new form ID. You must reselect it from the dropdown menu.

Put subscribers in a group (one or more).


Here you can map the recipient fields data (like his name) into the fields you have in your account at inwise (under setting, my fields).  In the left textbox choose your inwise field (field1, field2... field20) and at the right dropdown choose the data that you want to save in this field.
This is optional. If you will not configure this, only the recipient email and group will be saved in your inwise account.
