Create new Dynamics 365 CRM leads for Datananas positive replies
When a contacts replies to an email sequence sent with Datananas, and the reply is categorized as either "positive" or "wrong contact", a new contact is created in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This zap helps you move qualified leads that engaged a conversation in Datananas to your CRM to follow-up. Alternatively, you can also choose to create contacts in Dynamics for other categories of replies (negative answers, out of office, etc...) but by default this makes sure your most qualified leads are created in Dynamics.
