It would be nice if you could embed a video in Constant Contact, allowing recipients to watch without opening another browser tab. Unfortunately, as of this writing, that's not possible. The good news: You can create a link to your video, complete with a thumbnail, in just a couple of clicks. Here's how to do that.

How to Add a Constant Contact Video Link For YouTube, Vimeo, or Wistia Videos

Constant Contact can automatically pull in thumbnails and create a link for videos hosted on YouTube, Vimeo, or Wistia. To get started, click the More button in the left-side toolbar.

How to Add a Constant Contact Video Link For Other Videos

Note that, if your video isn't hosted on YouTube, Vimeo, or Wistia, you can't use Constant Contact's automatic feature to generate a thumbnail. What you can do is create your own thumbnail, add that to your email, and link to your video.

First, use the Image option in the left sidebar to add an image box to your email.

Next, click the email and select Edit.

Click Insert, and you'll see your image in the email body. Click it again to bring up the toolbar, then click the Link box.
