In this article, I'm sharing three tools that I've come across in the past year—the ones that have made a massive productivity difference to my daily workflow.

This integration will automatically create a task whenever you receive an email at a custom Zapier email address. The next time you want to allocate time to address an important email, just forward that email to the custom address, and Motion will allocate time for it, with no added clicks or keystrokes.

Send and receive email via a custom Zapier email address at "zapiermail.com". This is great for triggering off of emails and sending custom emails. (Max of 10 email sends per hour.)
