Simplify appointment scheduling with DaySchedule

Hero with DaySchedule and Google Doc icons.

If you work with customers or clients regularly, you have to be ready for anything—whether it's satisfying prickly customers or trying to get buy-in from an elusive stakeholder. And when client schedules are as unpredictable as their moods, that's where DaySchedule comes in.

With DaySchedule, you can create appointment booking links to share with customers, so you can skip the back-and-forth calendar wrangling. Custom templates also ensure you're capturing the right information beforehand, and automated reminders reduce the chances of another no-show.

But once you've cut down on the calendar confusion, you still have to prep for your call—and your schedule is packed.

Fortunately, you can create a simple Zap (our word for automated workflows) that automatically creates a Google Doc from a template—complete with the call details—whenever someone schedules an event through DaySchedule. That way, you have a few talking points prepared even when you're short on time.

The challenge: You meet with clients regularly and have little time to prep for each call.

The solution: Automatically create meeting agendas from a Google Doc template whenever there's a new event in DaySchedule, so you're always prepared for whatever challenges your customers bring.

A Zapier workflow starts from a new scheduled event in DaySchedule and automatically creates a new Google Doc from a template.

Ready to try it yourself? To get started with a Zap template—our pre-made workflows—just click on it, and we'll guide you through the set-up process. It only takes a few minutes.
