New for Our Capsule CRM Integration: Easier Setup and New Triggers, Searches, and Actions

Zapier's Capsule CRM integration has gotten a complete makeover. The integration now offers a better user experience, including more speed and reliability. It's also easier to set up new accounts, by logging in via open authorization (OAuth) instead of using API tokens.

Plus, Capsule CRM has added several triggers, searches, and actions. For example, Zapier can automatically trigger workflows in other apps whenever contacts, opportunities, cases, or tasks are created or updated in Capsule CRM. Or you can create new cases, contacts, opportunities, or tasks in Capsule CRM whenever trigger events happen in the other apps you use most. And the new search feature allows you to look up existing data in Capsule, which includes applying filter conditions to lists.
